I needed the garage cleaned out quickly. I called for a quote in the morning around 9am and texted a pic of the stuff. They were at the house by 12pm and quickly loaded everything and even blew out the garage with a leaf blower!
I wish other businesses would take note on how Rich provides service. This is the second time I've called them and I have been very impressed both times. Excellent service. We had a little time. Mix up (totally our fault) The employee whose name I can't remember was very understanding and was still able to come get our junk. Would absolutely use this service again and highly recommend them for junk hauling.
We were in a bind, because we procrastinate, and Rich was able to help us out! Moving stinks to begin with, but moving right after ankle surgery puts a major kink in the process. Other reviews mentioned the word professional, and I would agree. I called, sent pictures, and got a quote, which was a reasonable one (another estimate was a bit higher). I was able to make an appointment for the next day. I was given a window of 10-1, and that morning they updated it to 11-12, and they arrived in that window. The team was efficient, courteous, and thorough, and there was no change to the estimate. One of the items was difficult to move but they managed it with some creative problem solving. I would definitely work with them again.
This is our third time using Rich's Hauling Service. Very nice to deal with and great pricing for work completed. They're always on time and make quick work! They have removed an old spa, old wood from a fallen tree (pictured), and today two large pieces of a concrete fountain. I have one piece pictured and it shows after how nicely it was cleaned up after being demolished. Thanks again! We'll definitely call you again when we need something hauled away!
I highly recommend Rich's Junk Hauling services. I had 4 piles in separate parts of the property with a wide variety of items to be carted away. I sent some pictures and received an estimate based on that. When he arrived we went over the actual mess (!) he revised the estimate in a very fair way. They were both pleasant and cooperative, with a good sense of humor (important in my book!)

This company has helped me out twice so far — once to take away large items like a canoe and a basketball hoop (they went above and beyond with this one), and once for a dumpster rental. Both experiences were great, smooth, and easy. The staff is friendly and professional, and I will definitely choose them again for any future needs or recommend them to friends! One thing I appreciated about the dumpster rental is that it was a nice looking black container, which is nice when it’s in your driveway for a week. Highly recommend!

Dropped off dumpster same day! We have an awkward driveway but Rich had no problem backing into the space we needed it to be. Great personality. On pick up the two gentlemen that picked up the dumpster, same thing. Very professional, neighbors came down and they were able to answer all their questions and pass business cards. I highly recommend this company.

Professional, courteous, respectful of property, efficient but not hurried and pleasant. They responded promptly to my text and showed up on time. I have a narrow dirt drive and it was no problem for them. I originally hired them to haul a washer/dryer and portable dishwasher. I was so pleased, I had them come back for truckload for other stuff. The second pick-up was as well done as the 1st!
