Super seamless process with removing an old shed. I called and sent over photos of the project and he got back to me quickly with a quote. Very reasonable pricing and was very quick to schedule the job and get it done in just 30 min! I was very pleased with the results and everything was so easy!
Amazing service: on time, quick and efficient! So courteous, I was at ease with and during the service. They went above an beyond what I called them for (spa removal). Without me asking, they removed 4 metal spikes (3 ft long) used to hold fencing post. I had placed planters in front of the spikes so no one would trip over them. I actually teared when I saw the spikes removed. I had no idea how I was going to get those 3 feet in the ground spikes removed. Rich said it was a safety issue and had his crew remove them! Oh, did I mention they fixed my gate. They had to remove it to get the spa out. When they put the fence back, it got fixed. What a blessing Rich's Junk Hauling was for me! I wasn’t even sure they could get it out , but not only did they do it, they managed to get it out quickly and quietly so as not to disturb my wife who was resting from an illness. Very pleased with my service from Rich's Junk Hauling. They were prompt in their responses and provided an accurate estimate ahead of time. Both dumpster delivery and an additional junk/hazardous waste haul were completed the next business day from service request.
We had a great initial call with Rich and after hearing what we wanted removed, he gave us a really great price and arranged a convenient pickup appointment window that worked for our schedule. On the pickup day, Christian called and gave us an hour lead time which turned out to be 15 minutes before our scheduled window (which was fine with us). When they arrived, he looked over the job, and he and Don quickly went to work and were done in just about half an hour. They even took a couple small items (a rug mat and two concrete blocks) with no additional charge. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. Totally professional, we had a great experience from beginning to end. This company is top notch and we recommend them highly for the removal of any unwanted items. I highly recommend Rich's Junk Hauling services. I had 4 piles in separate parts of the property with a wide variety of items to be carted away. I sent some pictures and received an estimate based on that. When he arrived we went over the actual mess (!) he revised the estimate in a very fair way.

Needed a dumpster on short notice (1-2 days) and Rich delivered. He's very responsive and professional - got back to me immediately via text with all the details. He has many different sizes of dumpsters that he can drop off to you. You get 7 days, but he can pick it up earlier if needed. Great business!
