They were fast and professional! You know when you just NEED IT GONE! These guys are the ones to call! Thanks Rich!
It was a pleasure working with this business. Responsive and on time.
Great fast service. Friendly quick workers wearing face masks, removed all junk quickly.
They are awesome. I would never use anyone else. Always arrive promptly and they load up and clean up When they finish. The best.
Fair, honest, and punctual! We called for an estimate on Monday, sent a photo of our load, received a quote within an hour with an estimated time between 8am & 11am that Wednesday. Rich arrived at 8am and he and his worker removed this stuff within thirty minutes. Price was very fair. We would recommend Rich's service to anyone looking to have junk hauled away.
Great service, quick response, and professional business. I called in the morning and the pick-up was done the same morning. Fair pricing.
What a fantastic company! They will drop off the bin, you can place in your refuse, and then they will come and pick it up and haul away. Easiest transaction ever. I definitely recommend them to everyone looking to simplify and get rid of some things. Well done team!
I used Rich's dumpsters twice, they were very reasonable and prompt. Rich set everything up for us and had the dumpsters picked up in the desired days. I would definitely recommend his company and will use him again!
Rich and his assistant came and removed a very large and heavy armoire that was in my master bedroom. I wasn’t even sure they could get it out , but not only did they do it, they managed to get it out quickly and quietly so as not to disturb my wife who was resting from an illness. I 100% recommend this company.
Second time using this service, and it has never failed to amaze me how fast and quick your team works. I feel relieved to have the junk removed and finally can enjoy decorating my backyard. Thank you so much! Highly recommend contacting if you need junk removal!
They delivered early and only charged 40 dollars for an extra day. Would highly recommend their service if you need to clean up. Thank you.
Was really impress with prompt and courteous service. Will be doing service with this company again.
Showed up in the time frame scheduled and quickly and professionally removed our item. Pricing was also reasonable, we would definitely use them again!!
Rich and his team were awesome. Would definitely recommend this company to everyone. He got everything removed and very professional. Thank you.
Top quality professional customer service. I needed an old hot tub removed within a week. Sent a text and got a response in a few minutes with an appointment within a few days. Hot tub was removed today. Very impressed with the crew. Nicely done, Rich.
Rich was awesome. I was able to get a dumpster delivered to our house in 3 days, I asked for a few extra hours on pick up day and he was more than accommodating. Would definitely recommend his company to anyone looking to rent a dumpster and will use him again next time we plan on getting rid of some junk.
Today was my second time using Rich's Junk Hauling and though I hope not to accumulate more junk, they will always be the company I will call if I need a haul. Top notch customer service and communication, fair pricing and they are always so quick to get your junk into their truck and out of sight!
I contacted Rich this morning for a quote, and within hours my items were hauled away! So happy with the speed, professionalism and cost of my pick up. I highly recommend!
Truly the professional hauler's experience! Rich's team were methodical and meticulous in removing an extremely heavy stone table from our backyard among other garage items. They were super cautious to preserve our backyard concrete while figuring out how to haul the heavy item. Thankfully, the team figured it out and the removal process was a success for all parties. Thank you again for a smooth process, start to finish! This business truly sets the bar for excellent customer service. As a realtor, they have definitely earned my future business for any seller or buyer. Highly recommend Rich's business! - SB
Wow...so impressed! Prices were competitive but mostly excellent customer service! Once I confirmed my need for which size trailer I needed it was here within 25 minutes. Promptly answered all my questions even before i committed to the job. Highly recommend!!
