I sent some pictures and received an estimate based on that. When he arrived we went over the actual mess (!) he revised the estimate in a very fair way. They were both pleasant and cooperative, with a good sense of humor (important in my book!)

The Best!! Professional, courteous, respectful of property, efficient but not hurried and pleasant. They responded promptly to my text and showed up on time. Other reviews mentioned the word professional, and I would agree. I called, sent pictures, and got a quote, which was a reasonable one (another estimate was a bit higher). I was able to make an appointment for the next day. I was given a window of 10-1, and that morning they updated it to 11-12, and they arrived in that window. The team was efficient, courteous, and thorough, and there was no change to the estimate. One of the items was difficult to move but they managed it with some creative problem solving. I would definitely work with them again.
We had a great initial call with Rich and after hearing what we wanted removed, he gave us a really great price and arranged a convenient pickup appointment window that worked for our schedule. On the pickup day, Christian called and gave us an hour lead time which turned out to be 15 minutes before our scheduled window (which was fine with us). When they arrived, he looked over the job, and he and Don quickly went to work and were done in just about half an hour. They even took a couple small items (a rug mat and two concrete blocks) with no additional charge. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. Totally professional, we had a great experience from beginning to end. This company is top notch and we recommend them highly for the removal of any unwanted items. What a fantastic company! They will drop off the bin, you can place in your refuse, and then they will come and pick it up and haul away. Easiest transaction ever. I definitely recommend them to everyone looking to simplify and get rid of some things. Well done team!
Rich was awesome. I was able to get a dumpster delivered to our house in 3 days, I asked for a few extra hours on pick up day and he was more than accommodating. Would definitely recommend his company to anyone looking to rent a dumpster and will use him again next time we plan on getting rid of some junk.
