Rich and his team were awesome. Would definitely recommend this company to everyone. He got everything removed and very professional. Thank you.
Excellent service. I called Rich and he responded quickly. Sent some photos of what I needed hauled away, he sent me a price that was fair and the next day the stuff was gone. Friendly crew, on time and professional, fair price. If you need something hauled away call Rich!
What a fantastic company! They will drop off the bin, you can place in your refuse, and then they will come and pick it up and haul away. Easiest transaction ever. I definitely recommend them to everyone looking to simplify and get rid of some things. Well done team!
I needed the garage cleaned out quickly. I called for a quote in the morning around 9am and texted a pic of the stuff. They were at the house by 12pm and quickly loaded everything and even blew out the garage with a leaf blower!
The Best!! Professional, courteous, respectful of property, efficient but not hurried and pleasant. They responded promptly to my text and showed up on time. I have a narrow dirt drive and it was no problem for them. I originally hired them to haul a washer/dryer and portable dishwasher. I was so pleased!
Amazing response and flexible. I was cleaning out the house of my mother who had passed away. They were wonderful. Something I didn't need to worry about! Highly recommend. Great business!
Rich was awesome. I was able to get a dumpster delivered to our house in 3 days, I asked for a few extra hours on pick up day and he was more than accommodating. Would definitely recommend his company to anyone looking to rent a dumpster and will use him again next time we plan on getting rid of some junk.
Other reviews mentioned the word professional, and I would agree. I called, sent pictures, and got a quote, which was a reasonable one (another estimate was a bit higher). I was able to make an appointment for the next day. I was given a window of 10-1, and that morning they updated it to 11-12, and they arrived in that window. The team was efficient, courteous, and thorough, and there was no change to the estimate. One of the items was difficult to move but they managed it with some creative problem solving. I would definitely work with them again.
I had four different sheds that needed to be cleaned out. They responded fast and were super nice and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Was really impress with prompt and courteous service. Will be doing service with this company again.
I have used Rich three times now, and each time he and his crew were pleasant, professional, punctual and efficient. This is a very reliable company and I will continue to use them for my hauling needs in the future.
Rich and his assistant came and removed a very large and heavy armoire that was in my master bedroom. I wasn’t even sure they could get it out , but not only did they do it, they managed to get it out quickly and quietly so as not to disturb my wife who was resting from an illness. I 100% recommend this company.
Amazing service: on time, quick and efficient! So courteous, I was at ease with and during the service. They went above an beyond what I called them for (spa removal). Without me asking, they removed 4 metal spikes (3 ft long) used to hold fencing post. I had placed planters in front of the spikes so no one would trip over them. I actually teared when I saw the spikes removed. I had no idea how I was going to get those 3 feet in the ground spikes removed. Rich said it was a safety issue and had his crew remove them! Oh, did I mention they fixed my gate. They had to remove it to get the spa out. When they put the fence back, it got fixed. What a blessing Rich's Junk Hauling was for me! Thank you so much, God bless Rich and his service.
A friend recommended Rich’s Junk Hauling. Very glad they did! They came out the same day to remove my old recliner, and gave me a very reasonable price. The person who came was very professional and efficient. Will use them again for sure!
I had called 10 different places and Rich's was the only one that provided same day service. I was extremely impressed with their services! Communication was great, work performed was efficient, and they went above and beyond my expectations! I will definitely be calling them again!
I highly recommend Rich's Junk Hauling services. I had 4 piles in separate parts of the property with a wide variety of items to be carted away. I sent some pictures and received an estimate based on that. When he arrived we went over the actual mess (!) he revised the estimate in a very fair way.
I used Rich's dumpsters twice, they were very reasonable and prompt. Rich set everything up for us and had the dumpsters picked up in the desired days. I would definitely recommend his company and will use him again!
They delivered early and only charged 40 dollars for an extra day. Would highly recommend their service if you need to clean up. Thank you.
Today was my second time using Rich's Junk Hauling and though I hope not to accumulate more junk, they will always be the company I will call if I need a haul. Top notch customer service and communication, fair pricing and they are always so quick to get your junk into their truck and out of sight!
Wow...so impressed! Prices were competitive but mostly excellent customer service! Once I confirmed my need for which size trailer I needed it was here within 25 minutes. Promptly answered all my questions even before i committed to the job. Highly recommend!!
