Truly the professional hauler's experience! Rich's team were methodical and meticulous in removing an extremely heavy stone table from our backyard among other garage items. We had a great initial call with Rich and after hearing what we wanted removed, he gave us a really great price and arranged a convenient pickup appointment window that worked for our schedule. On the pickup day, Christian called and gave us an hour lead time which turned out to be 15 minutes before our scheduled window (which was fine with us). When they arrived, he looked over the job, and he and Don quickly went to work and were done in just about half an hour. They even took a couple small items (a rug mat and two concrete blocks) with no additional charge. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. Totally professional, we had a great experience from beginning to end. This company is top notch and we recommend them highly for the removal of any unwanted items. I highly recommend Rich's Junk Hauling services. I had 4 piles in separate parts of the property with a wide variety of items to be carted away. I sent some pictures and received an estimate based on that. When he arrived we went over the actual mess (!) he revised the estimate in a very fair way.
We were in a bind, because we procrastinate, and Rich was able to help us out! Moving stinks to begin with, but moving right after ankle surgery puts a major kink in the process. The crew was extremely professional, kind, and well-mannered. They handled everything with care and even moved items to get to the things we wanted removed! You really can't go wrong with Rich!
