Excellent service. We had a little time. Mix up (totally our fault) The employee whose name I can't remember was very understanding and was still able to come get our junk. Would absolutely use this service again and highly recommend them for junk hauling.
Rich and his assistant came and removed a very large and heavy armoire that was in my master bedroom. I wasn’t even sure they could get it out , but not only did they do it, they managed to get it out quickly and quietly so as not to disturb my wife who was resting from an illness. I 100% recommend this company.
Needed a dumpster on short notice (1-2 days) and Rich delivered. He's very responsive and professional - got back to me immediately via text with all the details. He has many different sizes of dumpsters that he can drop off to you. You get 7 days, but he can pick it up earlier if needed. Great business!

Other reviews mentioned the word professional, and I would agree. I called, sent pictures, and got a quote, which was a reasonable one (another estimate was a bit higher). I was able to make an appointment for the next day. I was given a window of 10-1, and that morning they updated it to 11-12, and they arrived in that window. The team was efficient, courteous, and thorough, and there was no change to the estimate. One of the items was difficult to move but they managed it with some creative problem solving. I would definitely work with them again.

The Best!! Professional, courteous, respectful of property, efficient but not hurried and pleasant. They responded promptly to my text and showed up on time. I have a narrow dirt drive and it was no problem for them. I originally hired them to haul a washer/dryer and portable dishwasher. I was so pleased!

Truly the professional hauler's experience! Rich's team were methodical and meticulous in removing an extremely heavy stone table from our backyard among other garage items. This is our third time using Rich's Hauling Service. Very nice to deal with and great pricing for work completed. They're always on time and make quick work! They have removed an old spa, old wood from a fallen tree (pictured), and today two large pieces of a concrete fountain. I have one piece pictured and it shows after how nicely it was cleaned up after being demolished. Thanks again! We'll definitely call you again when we need something hauled away!
I used Rich's dumpsters twice, they were very reasonable and prompt. Rich set everything up for us and had the dumpsters picked up in the desired days. I would definitely recommend his company and will use him again!
