This is our third time using Rich's Hauling Service. Very nice to deal with and great pricing for work completed. They're always on time and make quick work! They have removed an old spa, old wood from a fallen tree (pictured), and today two large pieces of a concrete fountain. I have one piece pictured and it shows after how nicely it was cleaned up after being demolished. Thanks again! We'll definitely call you again when we need something hauled away!
I needed an honest hauler to help me clear an apartment out. He was on time, nice, sweet and worked with the management when I could not get there. Very happy to refer and I will be using him in the future. Price was very even with the market.
Rich was awesome. I was able to get a dumpster delivered to our house in 3 days, I asked for a few extra hours on pick up day and he was more than accommodating. Would definitely recommend his company to anyone looking to rent a dumpster and will use him again next time we plan on getting rid of some junk.

I needed the garage cleaned out quickly. I called for a quote in the morning around 9am and texted a pic of the stuff. They were at the house by 12pm and quickly loaded everything and even blew out the garage with a leaf blower!
Amazing service: on time, quick and efficient! So courteous, I was at ease with and during the service. They went above an beyond what I called them for (spa removal). Without me asking, they removed 4 metal spikes (3 ft long) used to hold fencing post. I had placed planters in front of the spikes so no one would trip over them. I actually teared when I saw the spikes removed. I had no idea how I was going to get those 3 feet in the ground spikes removed. Rich said it was a safety issue and had his crew remove them! Oh, did I mention they fixed my gate. They had to remove it to get the spa out. When they put the fence back, it got fixed. What a blessing Rich's Junk Hauling was for me! Other reviews mentioned the word professional, and I would agree. I called, sent pictures, and got a quote, which was a reasonable one (another estimate was a bit higher). I was able to make an appointment for the next day. I was given a window of 10-1, and that morning they updated it to 11-12, and they arrived in that window. The team was efficient, courteous, and thorough, and there was no change to the estimate. One of the items was difficult to move but they managed it with some creative problem solving. I would definitely work with them again.

We had a great initial call with Rich and after hearing what we wanted removed, he gave us a really great price and arranged a convenient pickup appointment window that worked for our schedule. On the pickup day, Christian called and gave us an hour lead time which turned out to be 15 minutes before our scheduled window (which was fine with us). When they arrived, he looked over the job, and he and Don quickly went to work and were done in just about half an hour. They even took a couple small items (a rug mat and two concrete blocks) with no additional charge. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. Totally professional, we had a great experience from beginning to end. This company is top notch and we recommend them highly for the removal of any unwanted items.
